What's going on in the conference room?
Is the manager qualified to deal with all the challenges that come down to that short meeting with his team members?

The weekly/bi-weekly meeting with the team members in a short period of up to two hours is the managerial leadership demonstration of the team leader.

Especially today, when many workplaces have moved to a hybrid model and most staff meetings are online,

The team meeting becomes almost the only opportunity for the team manager to demonstrate leadership, management skills, project management ability,

Creating team dynamics and increasing motivation, solving problems and conflicts in the team.

The management skills of the team manager adds up to one critical time point once a week, in which he meets all his team members.

A lot of things can go wrong in the meeting.

On the other hand, this could be a great opportunity for him to establish his position, to motivate his team to achieve results

and consolidate the team as a unit working towards achieving common goals.

During the meetings with me you can learn techniques that will answer questions such as:

  • How do you make difficult decisions in a team? Do you share the team members in the decision-making process - democracy or monarchy?

  • Where is the line between having a discussion and making decisions?

  • How do you capture the team around a decision that is made even if not everyone was unanimous about it?

  • How to respond to low performance/failure to meet the goals of an individual in front of his other team members? What is the balance between responding to good performance versus low performance and how do you do it without harming motivation?

  • How do you resolve personal conflicts and intrigues between team members that arise during the meeting and damage the atmosphere?

  • Young developers/engineers who were appointed team leaders overnight - how do you demonstrate authority in front of those who until yesterday were colleagues?

  • How do you demonstrate authority in front of a task force that is not under direct management? Should the nature of the meeting be different?

  • How do you create team dynamics and team motivation within the yeshiva? How is organizational culture assimilated within it?

  • How do you use the team meeting to cultivate future leadership of one of the team members?

  • Inviting guest speakers for a meeting - is it recommended? In what subjects and in what dosage?

  • Is the way the meeting is conducted different between an online meeting and a face-to-face meeting?

And of course, learning the basic rules in preparation for the yeshiva and its summary:

Writing an agenda, planning time and dividing it into subjects, drafting summons, making decisions and following up on tasks.
